Whilst ADE currently offers construction services in Building and Road & Instructure Projects, ADE also operates multiple business divisions such as , Carpentry and Joinery division, Asphalt plant with well-equipped laboratory, Pre-cast factory with well-equipped laboratory, transport, garage and workshop division. ADE also has supporting units QIL (Qatar Industrial Laboratory) and QRC (Qatar Reinforcement Company) to further maximize performance.

ADE owns a large fleet of Plant and Equipment exceeding nine hundred and fifty in numbers and a full-fledged machinery and workshop division for regular upkeep and maintenance, and Carpentry and Joinery Division catering for woodwork.
ADE has two Asphalt Plants which produce 300 tons/hour and 160 tons/hour to cater for road works commitments and a Pre-cast Plant which has a concrete Batching Plant that supplements requirements for ready-mix concrete for the manufacture of the precast elements. ADE also operates a well-equipped Testing Laboratory with well qualified and experienced Engineers / Technicians. The testing facilities are but not limited for testing of concrete, asphalt and soils.
